This blog is for my musings on wellbeing, fitness, weight loss and the like. After a three year journey of weight loss in which I lost six stone (and put some back on) and got fit enough to run a half marathon and a triathlon from being unable to get up off the sofa, this blog is about what I have discovered on the journey – and what I am still learning. Along the way, I became a Personal Trainer and a wellbeing coach.
